Registration

The deadline for registration is March15, 2013.

The registration has been extended to April 30th.

The rates in USD are only informative and they may fluctuate with the exchange rate.

Registration fee: 400 USD (Euro 350, CNY 2500)

Accompanying person: 200 USD (includes: lunches during the conference; reception; banquet; one day tour)

Certain institutions and the funding agencies of China have provided support to subsidize the registration fee of personnel from various Institutes and Universities within China. Depending upon the total funds available, the conference will be able to register some Chinese participants for a subsidized fee on a first come first serve basis as follows:

Regular Participant: RMB 1000/- ~ 160 USD
Students and Post Docs: RMB 500/- ~ 80 USD

The registration fee includes:

admission to all sessions;
conference bag with conference materials;
coffee breaks;
lunches during the conference;
reception;
banquet;
one day tour;

The fees can be paid on site or by bank transfer.
